Ah, celebs. They’re just like us, right? I mean they have millions of dollars at their disposable, and contacts throughout the beauty industry. Yet when it comes to things like anti-aging products, moisturizers and makeup remover, they tend to use the cheap stuff.

1. MINT EXTRACT
One of the most famous divas singers of all time, Mariah Carey could use lip products worth thousands of dollars to plump up her pouter. But instead, she chooses plain old mint extract you could pick up at the grocery store. Go figure.

2. VASELINE
Dermatologists have long applauded this simple drug store staple for it’s incredible moisturizing uses, and stars have taken note! Jennifer Aniston use a teaspoon under each of her eyes every night to prevent wrinkles, and Rachel Bilson uses it to take off her makeup or use as a standalone moisturizer.
