Here’s some­thing you won’t nec­es­sar­ily see from Cen­tury 21 or RE/MAX. A Real Estate agent in Queens­land, Aus­tralia decided to show off his own hot prop­erty in order to sell one of his actual properties.

The man above is Kieren Gray, and we’re told he works in Maroochy­dore on the Sun­shine Coast. He stripped down to his Speedos for an attention-grabbing video where he tours a home he’s rep­ping for sale. It’s no sur­prise that the video went viral– it’s both sexy and silly all at the same time (and a lit­tle creepy when you notice that freaky paint­ing above the girl on the couch)– but it also proved suc­cess­ful. The video led to the house being sold.

The video has also had a last­ing effect on Gray’s busi­ness, giv­ing him the kind of pub­lic recog­ni­tion that ad agen­cies love. “Peo­ple come up to me at open houses and they say, ‘Hey, you’re the guy in the Speedos’, and they know the prop­erty as well,” Gray laughs.

This isn’t the first time this strat­egy worked. In 2011 another Aus­tralian video came out fea­tur­ing Cana­dian male model Ryan Burke (right). In this arty black and white piece, Burke takes a naked swim and stroll around a beau­ti­ful prop­erty located in Broad­beach Waters on the Gold Coast. There’s a beau­ti­ful woman in this vid, too, but like with Gray’s video she’s def­i­nitely not the focus– Burke is. Where the video above is pretty cheeky through­out (pun intended), this sec­ond video waits for the end to deliver the punchline.
