Je Rule is Gay

Did Rapper Ja Rule Leave Wife for a Man He Met in Jail?

Is rapper Ja Rule gay and living life on the down-low?

That’s the word from Aisha Atkins, his wife, who made this startling statement in her upcoming MTV special Married Life After Prison: “He wrote all them love songs and still don’t know how to treat a b*tch. We spent 10 plus years building our marriage but it only took him two to decide he’d rather suck a d*ck than be with his wife.”

Ja Rule, whose real name is Jeffery Atkins, was  released from prison in May after serving two consecutive sentences for illegal gun possession and tax evasion. After that, he presumably returned home to his family, but according to Atkins that is simply not the case. “He returned home alright; to get his shit and leave.”

Atkins claims the 37-year-old Ja Rule simply told her that he was sleeping with his personal trainer, and only later did she find out that this “trainer” was actually a man and his prison cell mate. Atkins married Ja Rule in 2001, and she admits that she hopes this is just a phase, but is now convinced that her husband’s altercations with 50 cent was more likely a crush than a rap feud.

For his part, Ja Rule isn’t taking the accusations lying down in bed with another man. He took to Twitter last week with this response:

He then followed it up with this tweet, showing him kissing a girl. Because, you know, as Neil Patrick Harris, NBA player Jason Collins, Wanda Sykes and countless others will tell you, kissing a woman totally makes you straight.

Married Life After Prison is set to air later this month.
