Solo no more. Kelly Ripa has been hosting <em>Live! With Kelly</em> alongside a stream of guest hosts since Regis Philbin left the show in November 2011. Since then, Ripa has had 59 men and women (mostly men) join her in hosting the long time morning talk show.
And finally, a permanent co-host will be named on Sept 4<sup>th</sup>, the day after a new season starts. Kelly will host Sept 3<sup>rd</sup> by herself, then be joined by her new comrade the next day.
It’s anybody’s guess who the lucky guy or girl will be, but favorites include Anderson Cooper, Seth Meyers, Nick Lachey, Josh Groban, and Michael Strahan. They’ve also been the most frequently invited to return to co-hosting duties with Ripa over the past nine months.
Guests appearing on September 4<sup>th</sup> are actress Claire Danes and Phillip Phillips of <em>American Idol </em><em>fame.</em><em></em>
