WATCH: Wringing Out a Wet Cloth in Space Is Out-of-This-World Awesome

If everyday household chores were this much fun here on earth, we’d have none of our current gripes about doing them.

In a recent video, International Space Station commander Chris Hadfield responded to one of his audience member’s request to wring out a wet washcloth. What followed was one of the coolest science demonstrations we’ve seen in a long time. Not only is it interesting to see what happened when Hadfield tried to squeeze the liquid out of the washcloth , but it’s also fascinating to see the process of getting the cloth wet in the first place.
