We guarantee that you’ve never seen a wedding dress like this in your lifetime!
Artist Gail Be of Minnesota decided to undertake the creation of one of the most unique wedding dresses ever made. She used more than 1 million beads and seven miles of beading wire to create the following masterpiece:
To create this breathtaking beauty, 500,000 glass pearls and more than 400,000 crystals were used.
The dress has been fittingly named “Fantasy,” as no bride will ever be able to walk in it. When model Jessica Collete (featured above) tried on the dress she experienced something amazing. “It hurt and I couldn’t move, but I felt like a fairy-tale princess. It’s truly like fantasy,” Collette told the Star Tribune.
In order to successfully complete the project, Be inspired 23 other women to work with her. “I kept going and going,” said Be. “It’s in my warehouse and when it finally got to the back I stopped and said, ‘It’s done,’ and everyone got up and clapped.”
