Most of us have at one time or another lamented our so-called addiction to social media. Whether we’re scrolling down our Facebook feed to see what our friends are up to, posting an image on Instagram or sending out tweets, we’ve all had those moments where we know we should limit our use, but just can’t seem to do it.
