67th Tony Awards: Kinky Boots, Pippin, and Matilda Nab Top Honors

The 67th Tony Awards were unveiled at Radio City Music Hall last night. How I Met Your Mother star (and Broadway vet) Neil Patrick Harris served as host for the fourth time. A fast-paced show full of strong live performances from current Broadway nominees, along with numerous original musical numbers written specifically for that evening’s broadcast, surrounded some major winning moments, including Cicely Tyson scoring her first Tony, and Cyndi Lauper becoming the first woman to win the Tony for Best Score for the film-to-Broadway Best Musical Kinky Boots.
