ABC Cancels New Shows ‘Last Resort’ and ‘666 Park Avenue’

Bad news for the cast and crew of ABC’s Last Resort and 666 Park Avenue. has learned both new series have been canceled.

The network will continue to air the remaining episodes that have already been taped, but no additional episodes will be filmed, and finale dates have yet to be announced.

Last Resort features crew members of a renegade nuclear submarine that starred Scott Speedman (Felicity) and Ande Braugher.  It debuted to good ratings, but has fallen to a low of 5.8 million viewers.

666 Park Avenue centers around a married Midwestern couple (Dave Annable from Brothers & Sisters and Rachel Taylor of Charlie’s Angels) who take jobs as resident managers of a spooky New York apartment building.
