Actor Michael Clarke Duncan was rushed to the hospital early this morning after suffering a major cardiac arrest.
According to The Daily News, paramedics showed up at 54-year-old Duncan’s house in Woodland Hills, CA at around 2 a.m. His reality TV star girlfriend Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth reportedly found “The Green Mile” actor at the house and resuscitated him by performing CPR, according to reports from TMZ. Officials have not yet confirmed this statement.
His publicist Joy Fehily said in a statement, “Michael [_] suffered a myocardial infarction early this morning. He is now stable and we look forward to his full recovery.”
Although Duncan is best known for his role in “The Green Mile” for which he earned an Oscar nomination, he has also appeared in several other films including “The Scorpion King,” ”Armageddon,” ”The Whole Nine Yards” and “Sin City.” He appeared most recently in Fox’s series “The Finder” and the superhero movie “Green Lantern” with Ryan Reynolds.
