If you’ve ever played table tennis, you know that playing with two perfectly working arms is often a difficult task, especially when competing against someone on a higher skill level than you.
But what would you do if you didn’t have any arms?
Ibrahim Hamato, a table tennis player from Egypt, holds his paddle with his mouth. And guess what? He could whoop your butt any day of the week.
During the World Team Table Tennis Championships 2014 in Tokyo, Japan, Ibrahim was the guest of honor.
“My best thing in life is divided into two parts. The best thing in my life is my wife who is everything to me. The second part is table tennis where I find my biggest success being able to enjoy every point I win.. I hope this shows people that nothing is impossible as long as you work hard,” Ibrahim says.
At the age of 10, he lost his arms in an accident and had to adapt in order to continue playing his favorite game. With just a flick of his head, Ibrahim has become an incredibly talented athlete.
Just check out his serve!
You can probably guess what we’re going to try to do this weekend.
