What Happens When You Dump a Bunch of Balls on an Escalator? (VIDEO)

At heart, we’re all still a bunch of kids. That’s why we can’t get over this video of some people dumping an entire bag of multi-colored plastic balls onto an escalator.

The result is strangely fascinating and pleasant on the eyes — watching the balls travel from the bottom of the escalator all the way to top and back down again.

Apparently, this was a little experiment to study the “static loop of kinetic energy, redefining location,” according to the YouTube description.

That’s considered science, right?
