Brad Domke Destroys the Biggest Wave Ever on a Skimboard

When we think of skimboarding, what comes to mind is hanging out on the shoreline and watching as countless dudes get mouthfuls of sand while attempting to ride one.

Typically, they aren’t catching too many waves, especially not the kind you’ll see skimboarder Brad Domke killing in the video above.

During a recent swell that hit Puerto Escondido, Mexico, Domke put his skurfing skills to the test. The results? Mesmerizing. He may have just caught the biggest wave in skimboarding history.

Considering the fact that skimboards don’t have fins (fins are important for the feel, stability, drive and maneuverability of a board when surfing), a feat like this should be impossible.

Have you ever seen anything quite like this? We are completely mind blown.

Domke just took skimboarding to a whole new level.
