District Attorney Comes to Decision in Caitlyn Jenner’s Fatal Car Crash Case

On February 7th of this year Caitlyn Jenner got into a a bad car accident. At the time, she was reportedly driving at an unsafe speed in her Cadillac Escalade on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu. Jenner crashed in to a Lexus being driven by a 69-year-old woman, and pushed that car into oncoming traffic where it was hit by oncoming traffic. The other driver was killed.

In August questions were raised about whether or not Jenner would face manslaughter charges for the fatal car accident. Today, TMZ reported that the district attorney and police officials both came to the conclusion that the act was not criminal. However, Jenner is not completly in the clear, the D.A. can still choose to ignore all the findings and move on with the case if she feels necessary.
