Nervous Young Girl’s Duet with Celine Dion Brings the Crowd to its Feet

Although this video is a few years old, it still sends chills up our spine every time we watch it.

In 2008, Celine Dion invited a young girl named Charice to sing a duet with her at Madison Square Garden concert during her ‘Taking Chances’ tour.

The youngster was so nervous that it took Dion seven minutes to calm her down before they launched into ‘Because You Loved Me’ in front of 18,000 audience members. Among them was Charice’s mom, to whom the performance was dedicated.

Although it took a few minutes for Charice to work up the courage to start, once she started singing she blew everyone away by her beautiful voice. Even the pop star was moved.
