This Lizard Made a Comfy Bed Out of a Rose. And It’s Kind of the Most Adorable Thing Ever

Green anole lizards are known to spend up to half of their lives asleep. These reptiles live in the Southeastern US, from Texas to Southern Virginia. They can often be found in shrubbery, trees, and clinging onto walls or fences.

Sometimes, they can also be found sleeping in a rose.

Recently, a Texan family was surprised to discover a Green anole lizard getting some Zzz’s in a flower that a young girl picked for her mother.

Imgur userĀ Cmycherrytree posted the photos with the caption: “As long as I live I will probably never see this again.”

My daughter picked me a rose. We got a surprise when we went to smell it. It looked so cozy and peaceful we couldn’t bear disturb it.

We seriously can’t love these photos enough.
