Dad Sends Lookalike to DNA Paternity Test & It Backfires BIG TIME

Thomas Kenny, 25, of England had an affair with a woman when he was married and the father of two children (he is now divorced). Upon hearing that his mistress was pregnant, he pleaded with her to have an abortion.

His mistress refused and eventually gave birth to a healthy child. She eventually went after Kenny for child support. He claimed that he wasn’t the father, which led to thomas kenny 3the judge ordering him to take a DNA paternity test.

Instead of complying with Judge Philip Barker’s orders, Kenny decided to get creative. He searched high and low for a man that looks just like him — and wildly enough he found just the guy!

Or so he thought…

His double was sent to take the DNA test, but the plan backfired. Kenny soon found himself in front of the judge, who didn’t see any humor whatsoever surrounding Kenny’s actions.

“I know you are said to be the loving father of two children by your longstanding relationship, but this case shows you were prepared to disown a child for your own for financial gain. Morally, you cannot sink lower than that,” exclaimed Judge Barker.

Kenny was sentenced to sex months in jail for his admitted conspiracy to defraud the system.

“You are plainly the author of your own misfortunes,” Judge Barker concluded. “I have read references from people who suggest that you are normally a well-behaved individual, but the facts show you can be thoroughly dishonest and highly manipulative.”

Kenny stood silently and listened to the judge’s blunt comments. And now, well, he has become somewhat of a poster boy for DNA fraud in England — with his beautiful abs and all.
