New ‘Life Expectancy’ Watch Tells You When You’ll Die, Then Starts the Countdown

So this isn’t going to fire up our anxiety issues at all.

A new invention called the ‘the death watch,’ is a freaky new instrument that analyzes information about your lifestyle to calculate your life expectancy. Then it counts down to your death, as you wear it on your wrist like a regular watch.

For the watch to determine your time left here, it asks you to input information including your medical history, whether or not you drink or smoke, and whether any family members have had cancer, diabetes or other such diseases.

Swedish Fredrik Colting is the inventor behind the watch and is currently selling it for £49.99, or around $81 after receiving all the funding it needed through Kickstarter.
