Family Spends $300,000 to Stay in This Hamptons Mansion for ONE WEEK

We thought spending $5,000 on a summer vacation was breaking the bank, but this family just altered our perception.

The New York Post reports that some family from the midwest spent a staggering $300,000 just to stay one week in this Hamptons mansion during the summer.

The three-story, 31,000 square-foot home, known as the “Sandcastle,” typically rents for about $1,000,000 per month. It boasts a bowling alley, walk-in fridge, wine room, climbing wall, private spa and gym, and a movie theater.

But this isn’t the first time the house has been in the news. Back in August 2012, Jay-Z and Beyoncé allegedly spent a month here for $400,000.

Looks like that poor family got ripped-off.
