FASCINATING VIDEO: Strong Winds Force Waterfall to ‘Flow’ Upward

Something strange happens when the winds up by near Hayfield in northern England’s Derbyshire Peak District.

The River Kinder gets battered by storm force winds so strong that the instead of cascading down, the waterfall there stops in its tracks, reverses course, and was gets blown back up onto the Kinder Scout Plateau, from where it normally falls 80 ft down.

Check it out doing its thing in the fascinating video above. Witnessing this in person is definitely on our bucket list.
