This Ice Cream is So Dangerous You Need to Sign a Waiver Before Eating It

Ice cream is usually a refreshing dessert you eat when you want to beat the heat. The Ice Cream Shop in Rehobeth Beach, Delaware, however, takes a new spin on the chill dessert.

Store owner Chip Hearn came up with an extremely hot ghost pepper flavor and is bringing in as much as 200 curious tasters weekly.

The flavor is made with an innocent vanilla ice cream with strawberry sauce infused in it. However, within the strawberry sauce, hot sauces and one of the world’s spiciest peppers are mixed in.

Everyone who wants to partake in eating the treat MUST sign a waiver first.

The waiver states, “It should be noted that what is painful going in may also be painful during exit!” You have to enjoy the humorous warning before taking part in this dangerous dessert.

Not only does the waiver crack a few jokes, it also keeps people under the age of 18 and over the age of 65 away from the product, unless they provide written consent. Others are simply banned from even tasting the product.

A recent tourist from Pittsburgh, Jeff Hobbs, said that if he finished his entire cone, he would not only need a waiver, but an obituary as well.

Let us know if you would you try this dangerously spicy treat.
