Halle Berry, 47, has been ordered by Los Angeles Superior Court judge Scott Gordon to pay $16,000 per month to her ex-boyfriend Gabrial Aubry, 38.
According to the Associated Press, the nearly $200,000 per year must be paid to Aubry because the pair share custody of their 6-year-old daughter Nahla. Beyond child support, Berry is responsible for paying her daughter’s tuition. Nahla’s health care expenses will be shared by Berry and Aubry.
Berry was also ordered to pay Aubry’s $300,000 attorney’s fees and $115,000 in retroactive child support. She will be responsible for paying child support to Aubry until Nahla is 19-years-old or graduates high school. This equates to roughly $2.6 million over the next 13 years.
The pair first met in 2005 at a Versace shoot and broke up in 2010. Their court battle began in 2012 and turned ugly when they couldn’t see eye-to-eye on the settlement.
