While celebrating her Golden Globe win backstage, Jennifer Lawrence made sure to call out a foreign reporter for using his phone during a Q&A.
“You can’t live your whole life behind your phone, bro,” she said, after interrupting him mid-question. “You can’t do that. You’ve got to live in the now.”
After the reporter, who works for Latin America’s E! Network, apologized, he continued on with his question, saying “How do you see yourself for the Oscar[s] night?” That’s when she cut him off again and jokingly reprimanded his observations.
“We’re at the Golden Globes,” she responded. “If you put your phone down, you’d know that.”
While some people are applauding the actress for calling him out for not being present, others are saying she was extremely harsh and rude.
