If you’re like us, each day that passes without a new Hunger Games movie is sheer torture. We need to know how it ends! And we hate reading!
A new series of posters advertising the series’ next installment, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1, only whet our appetite for more. The beautiful posters are designed as propaganda posters made by the dystopian nation Panem’s government to “salute” their oppressed districts.
Unfortunately, the posters don’t give any real information on the plot of the movie, nor do they feature stars Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, or Liam Hemsworth for men and women to swoon over. Still, it’s hard to not to be entranced by these beautiful posters that just deepen the already detailed world of the films.
For now, there are only seven districts featured in the posters, but we’re holding out hope that new versions of the other five will turn up sooner or later. That way, obsessive fans will have something to collect and plaster their walls with.
The first installment of the series’ conclusion, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1, will premiere on November 21st, a date that still seems so impossibly far away. Scroll through the posters below and click for a larger size for your daily fix of Panem.
