We’re not surprised that IKEA’s catalog commercial just hit over 14 million views on YouTube.
Although it was initially posted back in September, it’s apparent the humor contained in this video has one heck of a lifespan, and for good reason.
The Swedish company chose to mock Apple as it launched its catalog, positioning it as the latest must-have, “technologically” advanced product. They call it the “Bookbook” and laud its ability to hold an infinite battery life, no lag time, an easy right-to-left motion to move forward, and high-definition images, among other amazing features.
The twist: the catalog is in print and is far from the latest-and-greatest electronic products Apple typically puts out.
Check it out in the video above to see why it’s gone viral.
