Steven Sandison, an inmate recently charged for killing his cellmate, stood before a judge and admitted his guilt. He is currently serving a life sentence for a previous murder.
When given the chance to speak in court, he explained, “The reason I killed him was because he was a child molester.” He then went on to explain the discussion he had with his cellmate.
“That night, he was trying to justify why he did it,” explained Sandison. “I told him to keep quiet and that he’d have to leave in the morning, find a new cell. But he continued to talk about it, to justify it.”
Sandison couldn’t take it any more so he strangled the man.
