McDonald’s Clothing Line Launches This Week

Love McDonald’s? Now you can show the world how deep that love goes with rain boots, thermals, wallpaper, hoodies and sheets emblazoned with McDonald’s Big Macs.

But only if you live outside the United States.

The Big Mac Shop launched in Sweden on Tuesday, and the campy quality of these clothes and home goods has got people talking saying, “I’m lovin’ it!” The line will be presented at a fashion show in Stockholm, and made available for purchase online only. Proceeds will benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities.

“Now you can stretch, run and ski together with the hamburger of hamburgers,” reads the product description for Big Mac thermals on McDonald’s Sweden’s website.

“We’re proud of the Big Mac – the most popular burger in the world and the most popular burger in Sweden,” a spokesperson for McDonald’s said. “Millions of Big Macs are sold in Sweden every year and the burger has a lot of fans. This is why we’ve chosen to sell Big Mac products exclusively in our own web shop.”

So how much will they set you back — assuming you can get them? The thermals cost 495 Swedish kronor (about $58 US), sheets are 399 Swedish kronor (about $46 US), and the wallpaper is 499 Swedish kronor (about $58 US). At press time, the raincoat, dog cot, and rain boots from the McDonalds clothing line were listed as coming soon, but you can view them in the slide show above.
