Authorities from the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office plan to file charges against a mother-daughter duo who are reportedly to blame for a 100-yard-long penis on a Michigan high school’s football field.
The giant member was allegedly burned onto the Bedford Community Stadium field by the 50-year-old mother and her 16-year-old daughter using weed killer. The authorities believe that another 17-year-old male was also involved in the inappropriate vandalism.
The Detroit Free Press reports that the act will require repairs, and the costs could reach an estimated $10,000, according to superintendent Mark Kleinhans.
In addition to the field-length of genitalia, some smaller depictions of intimate male anatomy and “2016” were also burned into the grass.
Detective Sgt. Jeff Paul said that they will seek criminal charges, including contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Kleinhans thinks that the act was a copycat prank inspired by a similar internet prank, but he hopes that the perpetrators take the consequences of their actions seriously. “This isn’t a little prank misdemeanor. This is a felony,” he said.
