WATCH: Muni, the Cross-Eyed Cat, Is Breaking the Internet

This 3-year-old Siamese kitty was found roaming the streets all alone three years ago. Ani Hovsepian saved Muni from the rough streets of Armenia after she’d been abandoned by her owner. Since then, Hovsepian has not only given Muni a good forever-home, but she’s turned this uniquely adorable kitty into an Internet sensation.Screen-Shot-2015-11-30-at-20.27.55

People can’t get enough of Muni and want to watch her chill, run around and even nap on YouTube. She’s a bonafide Internet celebrity and is living the high life after being tossed by her original owner.

Animals with oddities are the best. You could even argue that Muni is cuter because of her disability, but her original owner didn’t seem to think so.

“I think Muni was abandoned because of her eyes and the way that she looks,” Hovsepian says. “Whoever owned her didn’t realise how lucky they were to have such a special cat. Since I began taking photos of her, she loves the attention and has turned into quite the diva.”

But, rumor has it, she’s not so good at catching mice due to her vision issues. Try as she might, she just can’t seem to get those rascals!

“Being cross-eyed doesn’t particularly affect her vision although it will if she goes to try and catch a bug or a fly,” Ani explains. “Often, she will look straight past them, so she isn’t the best mouse catcher.”
