Nissan has shocked the motor-world with its unveiling of a brand new supercar. The ZEOD, which stands for Zero Emissions On Demand, is a beautiful creation — with sleek lines and “DeltaWing” style construction.
According to Nissan engineers, the ZEOD can hit 186 MPH, making it the fastest pure-electric car in the world.
In 2014, Nissan will enter the ZEOD into the Le Mans racing series. “At the end of the Le Mans 2014, we will have changed people’s perceptions of electric vehicles,” Nissan’s Ben Bowlby predicted.
