It all started when Mary Krupa decided to give a cute little squirrel a peanut on the Penn State campus. Never in her wildest imagination did she dream the tiny critter would become her longtime friend and a Penn State mascot.
As time progressed, she named him Sneezy and began petting him. Krupa then decided to try to dress him up a bit and take photos with her cell phone. People loved her photos so much that they decided to adopt him into the Penn State family.
The following video explains the story in more detail.
