While there may be some controversy surrounding heavily pregnant women exerting so much physical force, experts believe women should continue to maintain their workout programs; that is, as long as they make some modifications.
The amateur athlete in the video below can be seen training at Crossfit Miami, the city’s oldest Crossfit affiliate, and she seems to be doing just fine. It’s worth watching to see just what she’s capable of and to hear what her coach thinks about her workout routine.
