Princess Diana’s will is now available for everyone to see… for just $15.
The princess, who was only 36 at the time of her death in 1997, left most of her $32 million and estate to her two sons Prince William and Prince Harry. The will has been digitized along with over 40 million others, which can all be found on the British government site.
Throughout her will you can find very specific instructions from the princess herself: Harry inherited his mother’s wedding dress, and William was given his mother’s 18-carat sapphire engagement ring. She also left her belongings and money to her friends and employees, including her butler Paul Burrell, whom she left over $50,000.
Among the 40 million wills, some date back to the 1800s — and the originals are kept in temperature-controlled rooms. Within the millions of wills you can also find Winston Churchill’s, who died in 1965. He asked that his money be split between his wife and children.
All the wills are going for the same price of $15 dollars per download, but the most talked about is Princess Diana’s who was killed 17 years ago in a car accident in Paris.
