Charlie Tilloston is a six-year-old little girl from Devon in the UK. She had never had a haircut in her life, not even to trim the ends. Her long, naturally blonde hair measured at two feet when she cut it all off after watching a documentary about young cancer patients, and being moved to action.
According to the Mirror, she asked her father “Daddy, would you mind if I had all my hair cut off for children with cancer?”
Her father was touched, and arranged for her hair to be donated to The Little Princess Trust, which uses real hair to make wigs for children whose cancer treatment causes them to lose hair.
In addition to her selfless donation of hair, Charlie also raised over $2,000 for Children with Cancer in the UK.
Check out her before and after looks in the slideshow above. What a big change for someone who have never cut her hair before!
