WATCH: This Tide Car Wash Thrives Because of Its Autistic Employees

Nearly 90 percent of adults with autism are unemployed. Though autistic people often suffer due to lack of social skills, their general attention to detail often make them ideal employees.

To help solve this disturbing trend and specifically to give purpose to his son, this father founded the Rising Tide Car Wash in Parkland, Florida. Of its 43 employees, 35 are on the autism spectrum. And they benefit from the work as much as the car wash benefits from their presence.
