Fans of Family Guy are going to be super excited to learn Seth McFarlane will kick off the new season of Saturday Night Live for its 38th season premiere. He will be joined by Frank Ocean as the musical guest.
MacFarlane is setting up to promote a ton of projects he has going on, including the fall premieres of Family Guy, American Dad , both of which air Sep. 30th and The Cleveland Show, which returns Oct. 7th. His blockbuster hit Ted is also set to be released on DVD soon. We wonder if he’ll sneak in some promo during any of the SNL skits.
Joseph Gordon-Levitt will host the second episode on Sep 22nd with musical band Mumford & Sons. This will be Gordon-Levitt’s second time hosting and the band’s first appearance on the show.
The third episode, which airs on Oct. 6th, will be hosted by James Bond actor, Daniel Craig. Muse will be the musical guest for the show.
The excitement all starts Sept. 15 at 11:30 p.m. EST on NBC, with the season premiere.
Let us know which host you’re most excited about and who you hope to see hosting the show later on in the season.
