Shark Found in Florida Condo Pool

Officials have been searching for answers after a live shark was found swimming inside a Florida condominium pool. The five-foot blacktip shark was discovered by a woman who immediately contacted the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

According to CBS News, the woman claims to have seen two young men dashing from the pool after apparently dumping the shark in the water with hooks still in its mouth. The Sun Sentinel reported that the woman and her husband pulled the shark out of the swimming pool and towards the Intracoastal Waterway where they tried to get the chlorine out of the its gills.

It hasn’t been confirmed if whether or not the shark has died.
