Momo is no ordinary kid. While all her friends at Kindergarten dressed up as princesses and Disney characters for Halloween, the adorable two-year-old took her costume to the next level.
When asked by her mother, Elmo Chen, what she’d like to dress up as for her school’s Halloween party, Momo simple replied: No-Face from Japanese anime film Spirited Away.
Here she is turning up to school dressed up as her favorite cartoon character, looking like it’s just another day in the life of Momo. Clearly, the Taiwanese two-year-old took her costume very seriously.
In a post on Facebook, Momo’s mother said her costume was so creepy that it made other children cry. Yep those kids are definitely having a major freak out.
“The Halloween party that Momo has been waiting for for ages is finally here. She said Zai Zai (her classmate) would be so scared that she’ll cry! No-Face is alone. When Momo walked into the classroom, no one recognized her, and her friends actually started crying. After school, the best part was when we went to the shop and left with a basket filled with candy and walked around the shops. Her face paint started coming off, but what a happy day. Momo even said she is looking forward to next Halloween. Happy Halloween, everyone…”
Momo’s costume was so popular that images of the toddler went viral just moments after her mother posted them on Facebook. Momo fans have even started making memes out of her. It’s the little plastic weave basket that does it really!
Momo is delighted that her costume has made such an effect and is looking forward to next Halloween.
