Whether or not you like the Super Bowl, here’s what really matters: What were the best Super Bowl commercials during this year’s game.
After all, once you’ve talked about who won (Seattle, BTW, in case you weren’t paying attention) what more can you discuss? Okay, the food you ate. Sure. And then? What things a drunk idiot at your party did. BUT THEN?
The commercials, of course! Above we’ve got the top four — which we didn’t create, but after watched the video we realized that we agreed with them, so we posted the video anyway. But then as we were scouring for video content we found some other videos that might be of interest to you. For example, which advertiser got the most bang for their buck with this weekend’s broadcast? Bloomberg had on Christopher Weil, CEO at Momentum Worldwide, and Scott O’Neil, CEO of the Philadelphia 76ers, to break down the winners and losers of this year’s Super Bowl ads from that financial perspective.
And then there’s the bigger question: Do these ads actually work? We found a really interesting report from station WEAR in Pensacola, Florida that looks at the statistics and gives a really interesting rundown of whether or not these commercials actually matter to consumers.
Together, we think this gives ultimate coverage, because you can discuss the whole story — what was the hottest, who made the most money, and did any of it matter. Check the three videos out right here.
