Actress Tori Spelling had an emergency surgery over the weekend, reports Entertainment Tonight. The surgery was due to complications resulting from her recent childbirth.
The 39-year-old actress’ rep said the complications followed her C-section when the star and her husband Dean McDermott welcomed their fourth child on August 30.
It was Spelling’s fourth caesarean section, and the second one within a year.
Spelling “remains in the hospital and is resting comfortably” according to her rep. No additional details were provided.
The couple’s newest baby Finn Davey McDermott, who was born a healthy 6 pounds, 6 ounces, joined the family with brother Liam, 5, and sisters Stella, 4, and 10-month-old Hattie.
