WATCH: Charlie Sheen’s Former Lovers Want Justice After HIV Disclosure

There is new scandal for Charlie Sheen now that 10 former sexual partners of Charlie Seen are reportedly set to sue him after he revealed he is diagnosed as HIV positive.

So far, an unnamed Los Angeles-based lawyer claims he has been contacted by six women preparing to file lawsuits against Sheen.

The lawsuits are for intentional infliction of emotional distress, fraud and sexual battery, claiming he allegedly kept the virus a secret from them.

TMZ.com reports that the attorney says that Sheen also had appointments with four other women later on Tuesday, who claim they had both protected and unprotected sex with the star, as recently as last month.

The 50-year-old actor admitted on Tuesday that he was bracing himself for possible legal battles and revealed he’d paid extortionists approximately $10 million to keep quiet about his condition since being diagnosed in 2011. Sheen insisted it was “impossible” that he had knowingly transmitted the disease to other people and was upfront with all of his past partners about his condition.

TMZ also reports that a source directly connected with Sheen says that in the last 2 years, Sheen has had at least 200 partners, so the number of women who either will sue or plan to sue will almost certainly grow exponentially.

California’s laws about disclosing HIV status are pretty rigid. If he’s found guilty of hiding his illness and having unprotected sex with former lovers, he may face jailtime.

Will Charlie Sheen exes sue? Only time will tell.
