WATCH: Guy Goes Blacktop Boogie Boarding Through Rain-Covered Streets in San Diego

As you’ve undoubtedly heard, California was finally hit hard by the El Nino rains this week. There has been some flooding, and some stalled cards, but there’s also been some fun for folks who love water and waves. Take this video as an example:

It was on the Instagram account for SUPERbrand, a company that makes surfboards clothing in San Diego, California, and it’s pretty awesome. So awesome, in fact, that we’ve seen it popping up all over Facebook today. ABC’s San Diego affiliate KGTV posted this info:

BLACKTOP BOOGIE BOARDING: Adventure athlete Dusty Wygle catching the break, near Moonlight Beach in Encinitas, California. Real waves are getting big and still building.

Peak surf is expected tomorrow, with sets to 14 feet.

So who isĀ @dustywygle? It says on his Instagram account that “Dusty Wygle Professional fun haver. Nitro Circus crew member. I enjoy bad ideas, music, adventures, extreme sports, travel and combinations there of.”
