We love getting freaked out by films, don’t we? Yes, we do, especially those of us who believe that there’s a whole other realm of existence in our midst. The Paranormal Activity films capture that belief and in a very believeable way. That’s why we love them.
Unfortunately, you have to wait until October 23rd to see Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension in 3D movie theaters, but this trailer will just have to hold you over in the meantime.
If you haven’t heard about the film(s), then we’re not sure where you’ve been. Paranormal Activity is a horror franchise that began with 2009’s film with the same name. The Ghost Dimension is special because it’s the last of the series. Yes, it’s the finale to end all finales.
The Ghost Dimension, directed by Gregory Plotkin, is about the Fleeges, a new family this time around. The father, Ryan (played by Chris J. Murray), mother Emily (Brit Shaw) and their young daughter Leila (Ivy George) discover a video camera and a box of tapes in the garage of their new home. Through the camera’s lens they begin to see all the paranormal activity all around them.
Producer Jason Blum has vowed that all lingering questions from the previous films will be answered in this final film. That includes finding out who the demon Toby is.
By the way, Toby is in the trailer. So, go watch it!
