Woman Creates Stunning Home Designs Using More Than 30,000 Bottle Caps
If you think there’s no creative way to recycle old bottle caps, check out what this one woman did with tens of thousands of them.
Olga Kostina is a pensioner living in the remote Russian village of Karmachaga.
Over the years, she has collected more than 30,000 colorful bottle caps and used them to decorate her home. Kostina hammers the caps on the walls herself, and creates traditional Russian patterns and animal portraits with the colorful metal.
She even decorated a few neighboring houses, making the secluded village look a lot more vibrant.
