Woman Goes to Prison For a Month After Cop Mistakes SpaghettiOs For Meth

Florida resident Ashley Gabrielle Huff was locked away for a whole month before police realized she was completely innocent.

The 23-year-old was arrested after a police officer found a spoon she’d used to eat SpaghettiOs from in a vehicle she was a passenger in. He believed the residue from the food was crystal meth and arrested her on the spot.

Huff pleaded not guilty in court but missed some of the dates, which landed her in prison for a month while a crime lab analyzed the spoon residue, reports UniLad.

She was released from Hall County Jail when no trace of drugs was found.
